Return and Refund Policy
1. Return period:
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to enjoy unconditional return and exchange service.
We promise not to charge any restocking fees.
2. Return and refund process:
Customers need to contact our customer service (sales@flycutycat.com or call 13728176671) within 30 days after receiving the product, provide the order number and reason for return.
Refunds are applicable to product quality problems, wrong goods or customer dissatisfaction.
Refunds will be completed within 7 working days after we receive and confirm that the returned goods meet the conditions.
3. Mailing address issues:
Please do not send the product back to the original address. After submitting the return request, we will provide the correct return address via email.
4. Shipping responsibility:
Normally, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee
If the return or exchange is caused by the seller (such as wrong goods, quality problems, etc.), the seller will bear the round-trip shipping fee.
